Robert M. White joined RRA in 2010 after 16 years as the City Attorney for the City of Albuquerque, where his practice focused in the areas of land use, administrative law, and local government law. As the City Attorney, Mr. White managed a public law firm of up to thirty-eight (38) attorneys and a total staff of one hundred twenty (120), overseeing one of the state’s largest litigation departments as the City implemented a no-settlement policy during his tenure.  Mr. White brings over 45 years of expertise with experience in land use, condemnation proceedings, lease negotiations, and real estate projects. He also has extensive experience representing clients against claims related to police misconduct, prison conditions, personnel matters, and subrogation.
