Professional Experience

Mr. Colón’s experience on both sides of government give him an unmatched expertise in inter-governmental affairs. His practice focuses on areas of governmental representation, mediation, contract negotiation, personal injury, corporate transactions, medical malpractice, inadequate security, and products liability.  Mr. Colón also has extensive experience working with local, state and federal elected officials to assist individuals and organizations with their various agendas. He is adept at negotiating with agencies and government bodies on behalf of his public and private sector clients.

Mr. Colón has been appointed twice Commissioner for the Judicial Selection Commission. In addition to a number of civic and professional awards and memberships, Mr. Colón serves as the Chairman of the Democratic Party of New Mexico. These marked accomplishments bring yet another unique layer of diversity to our firm, and in turn help us broaden the scope of our firm’s representation.
