Mr. White joins RRA after a sixteen (16) year tenure as the City Attorney for the City of Albuquerque, where his practice focused in the areas of land use, administrative law, and local government law. As the City Attorney, Mr. White managed a public law firm of twenty-seven (27) attorneys and a total staff of ninety-six (96). He was named Outstanding Attorney by the Albuquerque Bar Association in 2009, is the 2008 recipient of the William S. Dixon First Amendment Freedom Award (Government) awarded by the Foundation for Open Government, and received the 2004 Public Lawyer of the Year Award by the New Mexico State Bar. Mr. White brings over thirty years of unparalleled expertise and a reputation for providing high quality legal services. With his wealth of experience, Mr. White is a welcome addition to our team.
