Professional Experience

Mr. Gardner is a results driven attorney with over five years of litigation experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants.  While his experience has included areas such as corporate governance and documentation, corporate liability, contract drafting and negotiations, real property disputes, and construction defects litigation, his experience with tort litigation and managing a litigation department has been nothing short of extraordinary. Mr. Gardner’s experience includes managing a branch law firm during which office productivity and profits more than tripled. This success has afforded Mr. Gardner the opportunity to work on complex litigation ranging from the representation of large corporate entities all the way to families and individuals.
