  • McClendon, Jimmy, et al. v. City of Albuquerque, et al. CIV 95-24 MV/ACT
  • Inmate class action lawsuit against the Metropolitan Detention Center alleging that the conditions of confinement, medical and mental care provided, fall below that the 8th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution mandates.
  • State of New Mexico, ex ral., State Investment Council and State Investment Office v. Vincent Gallegos, et al. CV-2008-04383
  • Securities law violation action brought as a result of misuse of $5 million of bond proceeds.

  • Class action lawsuit brought against the Las Cruces Police Department, among others, alleging the manner in which police conducted the arrest of the mentally ill citizens violates the Americans with Disabilities Act.
