Professional Experience

In addition to being a former law clerk for both Magistrate Judges William D. Schneider and Alan C. Torgerson for the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, Ms. Beach has also served as a partner and as counsel in private practice, as well as having helped run a couple of small businesses. This experience shows the true versatility of Ms. Beach and her capability to manage any number of situations. She has an undefeated record in jury trials, including a number of medical malpractice defense verdicts. Ms. Beach has been equally successful in arbitration, and has served as a court-appointed arbitrator. Ms. Beach’s practice also includes all aspects of civil litigation, products liability, professional liability, liquor liability defense, and insurance law.
