RRA Welcomes New Associates
Robles, Rael & Anaya, P.C. is pleased to announce the addition of three new associate attorneys to our firm:
Frank T. Apodaca is an alumnus of Yale Law School and Harvard University. Mr. Apodaca began his practice as a law clerk for the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals before entering private practice gaining a wealth of experience representing clients in civil litigation. His experience includes representing clients in state and federal matters, including complex civil litigation, antitrust, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, and products liability. Mr. Apodaca’s current practice focuses on civil rights litigation.
Charles Rennick brings thirty years of experience representing clients throughout New Mexico and Texas to Robles, Rael & Anaya. He is a graduate of the St. Mary’s University of San Antonio School of Law and the University of New Mexico, and spent the early years of his career as a law clerk for the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Rennick has significant experience representing clients on local, state, and federal laws including land use regulations, codes and ordinances, taxation, environmental issues, and contractual matters.
David Roman is a graduate of Cornell Law School and Carleton College and has clerked for both district and appellate Federal judges. Prior to joining Robles, Rael & Anaya, Mr. Roman served as corporate counsel to various entities, and represented clients in matters before administrative agencies such as the Internal Revenue Service and the Social Security Administration. He also has extensive experience defending clients against civil rights claims, ensuring that he is able to serve clients with diverse needs with certainty and expertise.
