Taylor S. Rahn graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law cum laude in May 2013.   Ms. Rahn was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in September 2013. Ms. Rahn began her post J.D. work as a term clerk for the Honorable William P. Johnson of the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico from August 2013-August 2014.

Ms. Rahn clerked for RRA throughout law school and rejoined the firm in September 2014 after completing her clerkship at federal court. Since returning to RRA, Ms. Rahn has specialized in civil rights defense and employment law.  Ms. Rahn has represented government clients in both state and federal courts including the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Ms. Rahn has significant experience in litigation and has participated in a number of jury trials and other adversarial proceedings. Ms. Rahn provides training to numerous law enforcement agencies throughout New Mexico in addition to speaking at national conferences on the topic of Fourth Amendment use of force law. Ms. Rahn has numerous ties to law enforcement and brings passion to her police civil liability defense work.
