Julio P. Garcia was born, raised, and educated in Las Vegas, New Mexico. Mr. Garcia graduated from West Las Vegas High School and New Mexico Highlands University. While at New Mexico Highlands University, Mr. Garcia obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in English and a Master of Arts in Public Affairs with an emphasis in Political and Governmental Processes. Mr. Garcia then attended the University of New Mexico School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor. Mr. Garcia was admitted to the State Bar of New Mexico in September 2018.
During his undergraduate and graduate studies, Mr. Garcia worked in local, state, and federal government, including the City of Las Vegas Attorney’s Office, the Fourth Judicial District Court of New Mexico, the Legislative Council Service at the New Mexico Legislature, and the U.S. Department of Commerce. Mr. Garcia also served as a Tutor and as a Student Senator at New Mexico Highlands University.
RRA welcomes Julio P. Garcia as one of the newest associates in our firm. Mr. Garcia joined RRA as a legal assistant in 2014. While in law school, Mr. Garcia progressed from working as a legal assistant to becoming a law clerk. During his two years as a law clerk, Mr. Garcia learned and actively participated in many stages of the litigation process and acquired valuable experience in many areas of civil law. Mr. Garcia’s past education and experience has prepared him to step into the role as an associate attorney here at Robles, Rael, & Anaya, P.C.
